A family planning operation for women (female sterilisation, or tubal ligation) closes the fallopian tubes to prevent pregnancy. Dr. Jamshed does it by keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery at Hyder Nursing Home.

Treatment
The operation uses keyhole instruments through small cuts to close the fallopian tubes.
